How Shifttpe works — swipe, match, work, get paid

Four steps. A business posts a shift. The right person matches. Work happens on site with check-in. The owner pays directly, and both sides mark it in the app.

1. Swipe — find the shift

Owners publish role, hours, pay, and area. When student access is live, people nearby browse and swipe on work that fits their day — not a 9-to-6.

2. Match — confirm both sides

A match is a two-way yes. Chat in-app if you need details. Cancel early if plans change so the other side can refill the slot.

3. Work — show up and check in

Arrive on time. QR check-in and check-out must be done by the assigned person at the real location. Fake attendance is not allowed.

4. Get paid — business pays you

After the shift, the business pays cash or UPI. Update payment status honestly. Shifttpe does not currently hold that money.
