Shifttpe is a marketplace for short, paid shifts. Businesses post the role, hours, and location. People nearby match, work, and get paid by the owner. The business Android app is live. Student job-seekers are next.
What we are building
Hiring for six hours should not take a week of walk-ins and WhatsApp forwards. Shifttpe is built for cafes, stores, warehouses, and event teams that need extra hands for a shift — not always a full-time hire.
We started with business owners so they can register, verify, and post shifts today. When student access opens, those shifts are ready to match.
How money works
Businesses pay workers directly (cash or UPI). Shifttpe records attendance and payment status. We do not currently collect, hold, or transfer wages. That is written in our Terms.
